  1. Went to a few of the Hinckley niters - including the Eddie Holman one. Always remember them as being predominantly oldies and I was way into the dark side by then. Having said that I definitely remember Pat Brady playing a few newies one night - Garfield Fleming being one. That of course could be total bollox - as, after all, it was a long time ago! Peter
  2. Wow! Love them. Peter
  3. Me too Robb.
  4. And remain unknown it will. Yer links don't work!
  5. I concur Gene. A place and a time record - massive at that time. Peter
  6. No problem Larry. It would be a shame to bin them - lots of history on them there tapes.

  8. Hi mate. Ask Pete Smith. He has the where with all to maybe do something with them - convert to cd etc. I for one would probably pay for some cd's. He might not be interested but he's worth a pm. Peter

  10. The Newly track is shite! I'd rather listen to Michael Crawford's Phantom of the Opera. Mm, where is that CD. Pedro.

  12. Can be no denying some of the shit that was played though.
  13. Tis a bit poppy Ian, but lovely all the same. It has a great uplifting feel. Pedro.
  14. The lyrics to this are beautiful. Hopefully everyone has experienced that feeling when they look at someone special - and also, when they look at you in return. Jackie or Aretha - we could debate until the cows come home. Sublime.
  15. No idea what this is worth but there are two on discogs. https://www.discogs.com/sell/release/2677248?ev=rb Peter
  16. Evening Swifty I can't see where it says its a boot? He says he's listed losts of rare stuff from his collectiom. Peter Edit - ah, just seen it on the sleeve. But, fcuk that anyyway, it has high gloss!
  17. Think someone posted a want of this yesterday mate.
  18. Mentioned this a few times on different threads, but........................................ I know a geezer from Nottingham who was Gene's tour drummer. Apparently, at breakfast after a gig in some hotel the drummer - can't remember his name but will try, asked Gene about the scoff. Gene said give the boy biscuits - I assume some Americanism in there.
