  1. It's a 1977 release. I suspect that it's not easy to find on the original release - I could be wrong. But it was re-issued and there are some copies of that here https://www.discogs.com/sell/release/7523543?ev=rb
  2. All getting a bit tedious to be honest.
  3. It's one of those records where the rawness and innocence of the female vocal really gets to me.
  4. Nice pictures Rick. I always like to see a Heron - they're a big old bird! They may not be rare but they always get a wow from me. I love to see them take off - one, perhaps two, flaps of those mighty wings and away. Almost in slow motion. There are a couple on the Grantham canal near where I live and they have become quite comfortable when being approached. Rode past one on my bike last week - really close up on the tow path and it didn't flinch.
  5. Evening Steve Hope yer well mate. Lovely pictures - beautiful. Peter
  6. Less of the attitude big boy and engage your brain before you start shooting your mouth off. I posted to make the point that the ebay seller had created a seller name similar to 45Heaven on discogs - which is Barrie. I have bought from Barrie quite a few times and as my post also stated he is a good seller. Now, do you want to go and edit your ill conceived post. Peter It didn't need any clarification from you. But, I probably need any apology from you.
  7. That's unfortunate. 45Heaven is a seller on discogs - a good seller too. Peter
  8. We've had snow and sleet in Nottingham - and it's been cold. Anyway, here's today's update - all four chicks seem to be doing well.
  9. Yep, i'm good mate thanks. Have gone cold turkey on the booze - home style rehab, and it's been really hard. Hope you ok mate.
  10. Beat me to it oh Swift one - well you would wouldn't you. Is it snide? P
  11. All four eggs have now hatched and it's feeding time.
  12. Three chicks now and all very hungry. The female left them for a while and has just returned with a pigeon.
  13. Two chicks. I'm not sure if there is one or two eggs left.
  14. First glimpse of one of the chicks and the remaining egg.
  15. First two Nottingham Peregrine eggs have hatched! Here is the female on the nest or scrape.
  16. Some great picks in your podcasts mate. Nice one. Too many to pick - Little Reuben is one hell of a soul record. Thanks Peter
  17. I thought the promo had the same flip? But I know fcuk all.
  18. Evening Steve Congratulations to you and Lou - and the proud parents of little Thomas too. He's a proper smasher! Peter
