  1. Good job mate. The After Dark promotions were wonderful. Happy days for me and my crew. I'll have a look at your instagram link. Peter Here's me - then, in the moment..................
  2. Yep, Eric and I were really good friends back then. A really nice lad. Peter
  3. No, not at the moment. I started watching series 1 and lost interest. Like wise, I've found Slow Horses, to be, well, incredibly slow.
  4. I've only just seen this thread. It would be good to get it going again. Steve Croft ran the After Dark Niters - Rotherham Clifton Hall, with Alan Senior, then Cleethorpes. Both my old stomping ground, and I did indeed live in Mablethorpe at the time. Great times. I'm already reunited with quite a few regular friends who are on here. Peter ps, I was just Peter back then. Then became Peter99.
  5. And a warped edge. It's not a track for me. Warped (well and truly)
  6. It's awful. But, I guess "let's play it because it's not well known" syndrome. Peter
  7. So, for a simpleton such as me, is it correct to say that the debate is about; 1. There is a real demo 2. There is a real issue 3. There is a boot Peter
  8. I'd have thought perfectly.
  9. And Jody has nearly always got your girl.
  10. Hey Ricky Stuart Welcome to soul source. Enjoy. Peter
  11. Well I'm lost for sure. I can't keep up with the thread. Can't we have - original press, second press, something simple. A bit like me. Simple. Peter
  12. Ay up Pete Welcome to Soul Source. Do you like paella? Peter
  13. I'm looking into my very limited pension options - any advisors on here who can, well, recommend someone who could help. Just putting my feelers out. Thanks Peter
  14. Surely an opinion splitter. I know which side of the fence I sit; Yvonne all the way. Peter
  15. That's a stunning photograph Chris. You're sure getting to grips with that new camera. Well done mate. Peter
  16. You're just showing off now! Peter
  17. These type of records provided a little bit of "sweetness" against the backdrop of some of the nasty sounding stuff. James Coit being an example of the nasty side of things. Peter
  18. The Professionals seems like an odd record to be in with the rest of the tracks. It's a fantastic record, in very strange company. Never seen this one before. Peter
  19. Yes it's definitely a bootleg. It's also strange that we did a thread, or it came up as part of another thread, but no one ever really said who did the WVON. Lots of nods and winks, but no actual name. I still don't know who put it out. It was a damn good compilation; boot or not. I'm not sure that there will be that many that still exist - I could be wrong about all of that. Peter
  20. Thanks Mark I hope you're well mate. Peter
  21. Sorry Neil I just saw Soulman not the 58! Peter
  22. Hi Alan This was a good album - pretty much Richard Searling's playlist circa 1981. Always some debate about the legitimacy of it - I believe it's a boot. There was some debate on here years ago as to who did it. Came from Tomorden I think. Peter
  23. Cracking album Steve. I hope you're ok. Peter
  24. Thanks Steve It has more great tracks on there than I remembered. Absolute quality cd. Peter Can't you sleep either.
  25. Good morning all you film buffs. Crying out for a cracking film here; any recent recommendations? Crime thrillers, cops and robbers. International offerings are always interesting. I've been scrolling, channel hopping, starting/stopping watching, checking in on here. What does a man have to do to be able to sit and enjoy a very entertaining film? Thank you. Peter
