  1. A couple of years back I managed to get all of the Destiny releases on white Demo's. I lent them to somebody - I forget why, and have never had them back. Just out of interest are these worth anything these days? I picked most of em up from one of the geezers who founded Selectadisk dirt cheap. Any idea's about value? Cheers
  2. 1978 - 1992 was my hey day - I loved it and lived it! Dayers and Nighters - nighters were my preference. Derby Assembly Rooms, Birmingham, Yate, Wigan, Clifton Hall, Cleethorpes Winter Gardens, Leicester Odd Fellows, Notts Palais, Notts Rock City et al. Best days of me life.
  3. It's ok - still not my cup of tea! Might have liked it more thirty years ago! Which is what this thread is all about.
  4. Nah - not my cup of tea. Loads of this stuff was massive though - and I would suggest still is popular with some of the die hard oldies brigade. I'm a progressive soul boy mesen.

  20. I feel a little wary posting on this thread - but I'll dip my toe in anyway................. Just a comment on the County Court process. As Steve I think has already said the problem is actually enforcing a County Court Judgement. Once you have CCJ against someone you have to enforce it yourself - either by employing bailiffs or a debt collection agency - no one does that for you, and you have to pay for the privelege - usually by way of a percent of the debt enforced. I guess your experience was different Soulgirl as your Insurers facilitated the process for you.
  21. fcuking bastard!
  22. Don't keep us in suspense mate - I bet there's lots of us who would like to read it. Thanks for putting the original post up in the first place. Go on - be a devil. Five minutes?
  23. I voted good. I wasn;t at the 100 Club so can't comment on that particular experience. However, I think broader exposure to the masses would have more pro's than con's. It would give more exposure to the many, many artists whose music is still something the masses know nothing about.
  24. I think Pete's just found one.
