    Mm, the full thing sounds far more like a James Bond theme than the Deadbeats and or Yvonne Baker put together. More Deadbeats than Yvonne Baker in my book though - before the Deadbeats probably in terms of Sir Dickies wigan context.

    Just having a bit of fun with yer buddy. The Shirley Lawson is a nice record. Think Back Beat was the first press - been a couple of tunes on that label featured on here last few days - bit of a coincidence.

    There's been loads of records like this appearing recently - I think it's a new fad. We've had distressed leather and denim - we now have distressed vinyl.
