Mm, I'm a thick lad; I don't even know what a trope is Paul.

I met him in 83 when i was training at Breton Hall.
He's one of those tourist attendees who went a few times in 70's. All his plays are formulaic and parody...over acted and quite superficial in content.
So, will match the choreography i reckon, which is done by one of the YouTube NS parody duo Sal & Pops.
Lots of acting out, gurnying (minus the drugs), flailing arms etc.
That's sacrilege - they can play The Snake all day long; but Curtis?
I get mixed up; there seems to be loads of different blonde women singing and dancing to "Northern Soul". There's the woman who sings to a backing track, I think her first video was Judy Street. Is that a different woman.
It doesn't really matter to me, I don't take any of them seriously; but, if they're having fun and enjoying themselves then I guess that's all that matters. I wonder if there are any brunettes.

Happy New Year everyone.
Me, and him.

Happy Christmas Mike, SS Team and all of your families. Keep each other safe.
A big thank you from me, for keeping the site going; from strength to strength. It's been a personal, very soulful joy to have been able to return to such a site.

Been looking forward to this one for a few years now. I emailed something to Richard ages ago and he said a book was in the offing. Easily my best DJ from back in the day - the quality of his 60's and modern sets, and how he mixed them together, was something I'll never forget.

News/Article/Feature Highlight:
Dean Johnson (Deanjj @dean jj on here) lost his long and painful battle with cancer of the jaw on Tuesday 14th August. His wife Sue and his brother Lee have asked me to inform those members of soul source... read moreSuch sad news. I'm not sure if I had ever met Dean in person but I did reply to a recent sales post of his. He said then that he was battling cancer and I wished him all the best.
Horrible, nasty thing is cancer.

There's some cool stuff on there - and some pretty girls!
Autumn of Tomorrow sounds really cool and upfront too - makes the vid in my view. Funny that. I'll play it to some of my young hustlers tomorrow.

Nice one Mike!
I'm in.
The last thing I won was a pair of ladies tights in a pub raffle. They didn't even fit me.

Oops! Sorry Paul and Mike.

I hope Paul doesn't mind me saying that he also has a fundraising page. I donated something the other week - other people may want to do the same. I'm just popping out but will find the link later and post it up.
