I was a bit shocked myself Pete.They used a new template.Small packet seems to be a thing of the past.Now called Surface Mail, Letters/Small Parcels.I don't send out regularly,so could well have been shafted,but somehow i don't think so. Normally send out 1st class,but i was that angry at the 100% price hike from normal 1st,i went for 2nd.(sorry to the buyer.)

Back to sending in sleeve mailers now.Though according to pricing,they're all the same,parcels and letters.
