Never had a problem with CM's RBM,even if records are delayed there's always someone at the end of the computer to deal with it.Chased up one record(after 3 weeks )only to find it was still on the shelf, but booked out.Sent it on no problem
agree there seems to be copies always around, but was that the case when it first broke? Sometimes when i have a bit of a daydream,i always find a UK demo of this !!!.
What's the story on St.Lawrence stuff not getting onto UK labels?.Bearing in mind "I.A.N." had US exposure?
Thanks for all the interest and kind pm's.
Starting to send out cd's today (don't think the local PO can cope ),so sending out in batches.
Everyone is getting one who pm'd me,plus a few who didn't .Should get them in the next couple of days.

Thanks to SteveL for putting in the hard work on my behalf,,,CHEERS,,,,KEV
Hi,sorry if this powerhouse of soul has been covered before..
First heard this 30 odd years ago, been a love of mine since. If i had to play Northern example to someone this may well be near the top of the list.
What i'd like to ask my learned friends is....who and where was it first played?.
Has the "b" side ever gained recognition? ,as imo its just right, and another perfect example of mid-tempo soul.
Over to you guys.....Kev
Hi,the Emotions is probably(imho), the best "Vietnam" record, followed by The Intentions - "Don't forget that i love you".Vietnam thread anyone?
Not everyones cup of tea, but wanted enough for the "b" side "Love of a girl" to warrant auction.
After the spoken intro,"DTFM" moves in to a niter sound, but "LOAG" is the clincher.
I suspect the Lovers version is The Emotions speeded up, to give it a more commercial feel.Who can tell lately what records are going to command?.
Whether it sells for £1 or £100 doesn't take away the quality of the record, and this is quality especially "LOAG".
all of course imho ,,Kev.
just put "JTSMB" on cd,think mine must be strings version ,will check.Have noticed that "SWOL" is shorter too than on label credits..Kev. .2 great sides.
thanks Kirsty,he's on the mend!! .
