Did see another for sale the other day, can't remember where but £150 methinks Mark. Must be one of THE unknown tunes that was once played (a couple of times)- if you know what I mean Grant

  7. Bang on Andy! We could do the PROPER splits in them days LOL. Not those half-baked ones they do these days but then again with the advent of Bruce Lee and Kung Fu films we all did some type of martial art. BTW seem to remember dancing to the Executive 4 & Ray Agee (when they were c/up) at Wigan long before the days of Stafford.

  20. Think it was the Spark compilation LP - used to have it many many years ago. Gene Latter, Tommy Hunt, Wigan's Ovations, Val McKenna all featured on it. If my memory serves me rifght the records you could make out on the cover with the two chaps were : Rodney E Jones 'RnB Time' & Debbie Fleming 'Long Gone'. Remember buying them both on the back of this cover without even hearing them as at the time had never been Wigan. Think it came out around '75-sh? Grant
  21. Not at all John - remember me & Dave Holland form Farnworth way standing by the stage at Wigan when this first got played - gobsmacked ! Thought it was f**cking brilliant when I first heard it - and confess that from a dancer point of view still do quite like it. Grant
