I agree with Del on this. Really don't think there is any malice involved, well certainly not from me. But naturally the people who did support the event and paid up front expect a refund. If an explanation had been posted earlier stating the difficulties and it would take x amount of time to refund everyone then that would have been better imo. The 13% is what Gemm will take from the seller. So if you sell an item currently advertised for £100 they will take £13. If the seller wants to increase the item by 13%, from the date the new policy comes into play, then let them know. So a £100 item for sale now will become £113. Gemm will still take 13% of the £113 if you sell it (or £14.59 on this case) Thats my understanding anyway. Hope that helps.

Totally agree with Mike. People need to know. I was told early today by a ticket seller that the whole event was cancelled. But that needs confirming by the promoters. Very concerning that they have not been on here. Also I haven't been able to contact them on their phone numbers. Does anybody know if any of the DJ's have any info? Best Tabs
