think its to cover the paypal charges,some people ask some dont,some people pay it others send cash or cheque.Im not sure but i think its against PP policy to ask for this.I know you are not suppose to do it on ebay but outside of that im not totally sure -

oh yes.dont usually go for owt thats a bit rough,one of the main reasons is for the track "determination" .i like the early motown sound you see and i think its lp only
