I think all the copies of this are in the UK because I've pretty much never seen it for sale in the US. This is true with a bunch of records though. I don't own it and would pay ~300 pounds for it if you manage to get two offers. Thanks.

I've pretty much never seen this for sale. Maybe $2000 is high but it's in the ballpark, and manship has it listed for 1500 pounds in vol 6. There is a small chance I can find someone with a copy, what are you willing to pay for a clean copy?

I will post on the wants thread that I have one for sale, because frequently the original "wanter" flakes but someone else will PM me. If the original poster wants to prevent someone from publicly posting on the thread, they can lock it. I've also bought records from sellers this way. Frequently when someone posts a want, it's a record that other people also want.

This is surprising to hear (about US customs causing a hassle). We don't pay any duty / tax on incoming items. The main thing that US customs are concerned with is ordering drugs or other illegal items from overseas (and they tend to come from certain countries like india). Not sure why they would ever ask for a social security number, I think legally they can't even do that (SSNs are supposed to only be used by the IRS, even though every company / agency uses them now).

I don't put the full value but I never understood the attitude that the seller is obligated to falsify customs and should get negative feedback / or even be viewed negatively for not falsifying customs because of how it affects buyers in certain countries. If you want the seller to falsify customs, ask ahead of time.

But you are mad that someone else did slander you? Look at the link in the first post. The question does not appear at the bottom of it. That is what I checked before posting. I got a stock copy recently with a different song on the flip which was cool, never seen one before. Not trying to sell it, just commenting that there is a rare stock copy of it.

It sometimes takes a while for new transactions to show up in the history. Your actual balance will be correct though. Also, I'm moving this to "look at your box" which covers the more technical aspects of records and their acquisition. Thanks for posting!
