  1. I would say that the Philharmonics is more common... I had a whole load of those a few years ago, literally 50 copies. That would be £30, £35 M- I reckon. I think I'm under-pricing the Tony Owens but I wanted to turn them around quickly (I only have a very small handful). In any case I think its one of the hardest titles on the label.
  2. Supergood midtempo ballad from New Orleans. I have a couple of copies going, from dead stock but have slight storage / label wear so would grade overall VG+/VG++ £30 I also have a copy in similar nick but with an edge lift (plays fine here) £20 Great song and production, usually seen at £75 Listen here: TONY OWENS.mp3 pm or email me: liamlarge at hotmail dot com
  3. Listen here to this super rare blue label alternate take of Willies evergreen masterpiece: WILLIETEEBLUE.mp3 Condition of vinyl is VG++ / M- from dead stock. There is some label wear due to water (see pic), a little worse on the flip (Funky, Funky Twist) £325 gets it and I need to pay some debt so would prefer cheque / bank transfer if poss pm or email me: liamlarge at hotmail dot com
  4. Putting these on ebay this week, so please be quick if you want any... Paypal credit needed, thus prices in dollars. 6. Bonnie Blanchard & Andy Aaron - "You're the only one" CRS Demo copy M- £220 Highly sought after dancefloor crossover perfection from the same man who wrote Inell Youngs 'What do you see in her". This is the much rarer white DJ copy which features the panned stereo side as per the yellow issue but more importantly is flipped with the same track in a mono cut and much better for DJing. You can hear the song here:
  7. Most of these finishing in a few hours including currently very cheap Electrodes! Ta...
  8. Copy and paste into browser: https://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZmroutsiderQQhtZ-1 Cheers!
  9. Willie Tee - First Taste Of Hurt (Gatur) Ultra Rare blue label alternate Vinyl is unused stock VG++ and plays perfectly (Others would grade the vinyl M-). There is some light tearing around the edge of the label - its a little worse on the flip side, but all print on the hurt side is intact. Offers on this please... Willie Tee - First Taste of Hurt (Gatur) Green VG++ vinyl, again unused stock, others would grade as M-. Some very very minor label wear on Hurt side, a little worse on flip. £145 Barrons - Kids Stuff / As sure as you're born (Shagg) Some water induced discolouration to label, otherwise vinyl is unused VG++ stock. £60 Joe Tex - I've Got a Song / The next time she's mine (Michelle) Don't know much about this, a rare Joe Tex side for sure. One side Northern the other a very strange ballad. Moerer has this at $175, on that basis, I'm going to plump for £50! Soundfiles and photos available on request - photos may take a while as I have to borrow a camera! Not impossible though. pm or liamlarge at hotmail dot com Thanks!
  10. Anyone? Ta, Liam Also Billy Hamlin - If you ain't got no bread (Bethlehem)
  11. Pearl Reeves - Let Me Apologize Billy Hamlin - If You Ain't Got No Bread Carmen Taylor - Ding Dong (Atlantic) Carl Lester - Don't You Know That I Believe (Brent) Ta!

  13. Willie Tee - First Taste of Hurt / Funky Funky Twist (Gatur 509) Vinyl is M- Label has some water damage - discolouration around centre and minor tearing £135 pm or email : liamlarge at hotmail dot com Cheers, Liam
  14. The Electrodes - Go Away (Fran) VG++ £60 https://www.mediamax.com/mroutsider/Hosted/.../electrodes.wma Dancefloor Soul with a hard edge. Features in Manships 'rarest of the rare.' Pretty damn good record, if I don't say so myself. Chuck & the Tremblers - Dianna (Del-Nita) M- £65 https://www.mediamax.com/mroutsider/Hosted/...20tremblers.wma Totally unique sounding record. Hard to describe, so have a listen. Damn rare and a lovely thing to behold! Sunny Ridell - Come out in My World (White Cliffs) M- £65 https://www.mediamax.com/mroutsider/Hosted/...iles/ridell.wma This seems to crossover Northern, R&B and Funk boundaries. Infact the only territory it doesn't crossover to is crossover. Anyway, its a great record with dancefloor appeal. pm here or liamlarge at hotmail.com
  15. Please email, no pm's: liamlarge@hotmail.com Alan Trajan - Speak To Me Clarissa (MCA) M- £60 Funky mod-psyche masterpiece sees Mr Trajan attempting to coax Clarissa out of an overdose. Weird, dark and brilliant. Sylvia Striplin - You cant Turn me Away (Uno-Melodic) M- £35 The Monzas - You Know You Turn Me On (Moon) M- £120 Private pressed white group Northern with a funky edge, atmospheric and classy. Recently bigged up by someone on the board, can¢Å¾¢t think who? Manship had this at 300 quid I seem to remember. Earl Lett - Green Power (Beantown) M- £45 Rare Funk Shirley and the Shirelles - Never Give you Up (Bell) VG++ £25 Absolute crossover perfection, with a sound befitting a much higher price tag. Eddie Bo - Can You Handle It (Bo Sound) VG++ £25 More funk. Ambassadors - Aint Got The Love of One Girl (Arctic) G/VG- £10 Brilliant record, trashed copy. Starts noisy but then the music drowns out a lot of the noise, still playable and DJ-able at a push but no collector piece. Soul Tornadoes - Crazy Legs (Westwood) VG+ £40 Label badly water damaged but vinyl mostly clean - this is from a stock find a few years ago - all were water damaged. Funk again! Pal & The Prophets - Tea-Pee (Jamie) VG++ £15 Cracking scratchy dance floor funky R&B, similar to Honky Tonk Popcorn in my humble.
