What other European clubs play Tyra's song? I've only played it twice at our club (early doors to a crowd of roughly 10 people...). There was an A&T copy on ebay 1-2 months ago that went for about $200-250. The last two Angle 3 copies sold I know of were £135 and £200.

Both names are right actually. Styrene has a benzene ring (C6H6), minus one hydrogen with an ethene group on it (that would be phenylethene). Or some would say an ethene with a phenyl group attached. Organic chemistry has very interesting terminology. Yeah, I miss my chemistry class... Never thought I'd discuss this on soul-source!

Oh I know this too! Styrene, or with another name, phenylethene. My lecturer in organic chemistry said it was a very strong and useful material! When I told him it was the devil's invention he gave me a puzzled look. He had never heard they made records of it, but said "they must be good...".

Got mine last year for about £130 after having looked for it for well over a year. Tyra's song is also available on the AT&T label, with a ballad flip. Ask Andy Dyson for it...

That makes a lot more sense than the Swedish interpretation, but ours is way funnier. Better keep that to myself though.

Yeah that's pretty much what I pm'd Gene, I also had a little chat with the seller. A friend of mine's been looking for a copy for 15-20 years (he of course bought a copy now from the ebay guy) so guess it's kinda rare.

I play both sides at Function, mostly 'Dancing with love bones'. The other resident Jonte usually plays 'Give me your love'. Both sides always do the trick. Hey James, I might get to play it before you on NYE. $885 for the other... The break is horrible; "coming out to getcha cause I need your love..." No thanks, brrr.

Agree, lovely tune. Has he done any other things worth picking up, besides 'Southside Chicago' of course? I really like his whining vocals.
