Friday 29 th march
The weekend officialy starts with the dinner but we’ll be there from 2.30 pm to welcome all the guest. The bar will be open with some music to accompain meet n greets.
19.00- 20.30 Dinner with “ Giro Pizza”
21.30 -3.00 night event in the ballroom (conference room marble floor good for shuffle)
Saturday 30 th march
8.00- 10.30 We agreed for a long breakfast as waking up early is not for everyone
12.30- 14.00 light lunch buffet
15.00-19.00 Presentation of the book "Bletsoe to the Wheel and back" a chat with Norman Rogers Afternoon party at the bar
19.00-20.30 Dinner
21.30 -3.00 night event in the ballroom (conference room)
Sunday 31 st march
8.00- 10.30 Breakfast
12.30- 14.00 Lunch
15.00-19.00 Afternoon party at the bar
