Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can't believe I've heard it again.

I remember a song I haven't heard for about 40 years and I can't find it. All I remember is some of the lyrics: I was outside her house last night, thought I heard a party going on, , I couldn't see no one. I'm gonna have myself a good time. Does anyone know what song this is? It's driving me mad, really want to hear it again. Thanks
