BTW, in the garages behind, one belonged to my dad....had boxes of old Ska & Rocksteady 45's from when he used to go to the 'blues' parties in Hackney, London back in the sixties. After he cleared off with a young bit of bint I pilfered them!! He still asks for them back!

Ok, I know some members mentioned the extended edition of this show in the Martin Freeman thread,.. but just in case some members didn't read through the whole thread... the show is repeated on Friday as a 50 minute slot so another 20 mins of extra footage. Might be worth setting the video/DVD recorder.

  16. Wicked dancer..!!! Was it ever played out much?? I've never heard it out before (but then I never really travelled oop north too far!)...deserves some action as it's got everything a good Northern Soul dancer should have!

  19. Thanks for that Chalky, looks like it's gonna be a good un'. I knew Martin Freeman was a fan. Did you notice, even in a record shop in downtown Detroit they had the 'Northern Soul' fist on the wall!!
