  1. Yes, The Masters is a fantastic double sider. John Oats at the helm. superb blue-eyed Northern.
  2. Bloody expensive for a magazine....£4.95 but worth it for the colour photo of one of the Hesitations dressed as Superman!
  3. The magazine should be available at your local W.H.Smiths. The main content is 60's psych/garage/beat but does occasionally dip into Soul & Motown.
  4. Great, colour, feature on Pied Piper productions in this month's (#33) 'Shindig' magazine.

  7. Think mine is plain. Early Supremes tune on the flip 'Buttered Popcorn'. As we all know, Morris Chestnut on lead for the Vows, brilliant record.
  8. Vows 'Tell Me' Dalton Boys 'I've Been Cheated' Lollipops 'Cheating Is Telling On You' Dogs 'Love's Gone Bad' Ivy Joe Hunter 'I Can Feel the Pain' All these becoming harder and harder to get.
  9. Thanks Flynny, my red issue is (as I thought) kosher then

  15. Lee Perry - Never Get Weary (Island UK) Pete Smith James Brown - Don't Be A Drop Out (King) stomp! Don Drummond - Cleopatra (Port O Jam) re-press Swing Easy - Various (Coxsone UK) LP
  16. Yes, is yours the standard UK Upsetter label (orange/blue/white)? Mine is a Jamaican white label with blue Upsetter print and 'Manufactured in Kingston, Jamaica'
  17. If you're looking for a minter then I am not your man. Here's my copy, got a lot of surface marks but plays great. Click to enlarge. Ignore the vertical line, that's on the scanner. £25 + £2 postage
  18. Yeah, I got one ages ago on a boot fair but mine had a UK Trojan laminated sleeve and a Jamaican Upsetter labelled record??? And it's 'Soul Rebels'....young?...you're thinking of the group LOL.
  19. I have a copy somewhere, I'll dig it out and let you know condition ok.
  20. Yes, just remembered, there is an orange 'Up Look' re-issue with DOS (ICRB) on one side and Charles Mintz 'Give A Man A Break' on the other side. I also have the picture sleeve with ICRB but can't remember the flip.
