  1. It is on the UK Liberty LP 'Gimme Little Sign' also. No 45.
  2. Not so, this is the UK release...
  3. Not Northern and not quite Italian but this Maltese 45 in my collection is a great garage thumper! Rare too!
  4. Three Rocky Roberts 45's on Durium + an L.P 'Just Because Of You' pic sleeve... L.P... Two other R.Roberts 45's I have are another great pic sleeve 'Per Conquistare te'...another Northern stomper sung in Italian and 'I'll Never Turn My Back On You'... a full blown Northern outing in English.
  5. I did look mate, after our phone conversation but I ain't. Sorry
  6. Thee Midniters (not Moonlighters). When I looked earlier at the bidding it was on £100 and the bidder was 'U Wish'.........maybe that's telling us something? I got a mint copy for about £10 several years back straight from the States. I'd say £30.
  7. Just been listening to Clarence Carter 'I Can't Leave Your Love Alone' (Atlantic - flip of 'Patches). Loved it for years, great crossover tune from 1970, nice horns and tempo changes. Has it ever been played out on our scene?
  8. I have one but if I remember correctly the label is a bit flakey. I'll let you know if you don't get one.
  9. Yes, The Masters is a fantastic double sider. John Oats at the helm. superb blue-eyed Northern.
  10. Bloody expensive for a magazine....£4.95 but worth it for the colour photo of one of the Hesitations dressed as Superman!
  11. The magazine should be available at your local W.H.Smiths. The main content is 60's psych/garage/beat but does occasionally dip into Soul & Motown.
  12. Great minds....Scottie!
  13. Great, colour, feature on Pied Piper productions in this month's (#33) 'Shindig' magazine.
  14. I have a Jimmy Wonderful. I will pm you ok
  15. I have a nice copy on Jude for sale. Make me an offer if you want.
  16. That's when I got mine, around that time. Think it was about £25
  17. Think mine is plain. Early Supremes tune on the flip 'Buttered Popcorn'. As we all know, Morris Chestnut on lead for the Vows, brilliant record.
  18. Vows 'Tell Me' Dalton Boys 'I've Been Cheated' Lollipops 'Cheating Is Telling On You' Dogs 'Love's Gone Bad' Ivy Joe Hunter 'I Can Feel the Pain' All these becoming harder and harder to get.
  19. More 'Northern' than the vocal
  20. Thanks Flynny, my red issue is (as I thought) kosher then
  21. Also done by Slim Smith and a few other JA artists. Think The Miracles did a version too?
  22. So, I'm presuming it was booted as both red issue and white demo then?
  23. Hi, I have a Blossoms (issue), off to work soon so I'll dig it out later and pm you ok.
  24. A blue-eyed dancer. RCA released I think...
