  1. RE- Bob Marshall & The Crystals - Now that has surprised me! I have the 45 and did stack it ready for the CD (for personal use only btw). What about Chris Cerf - Sweet Music (Amy)? ..also, wasn't 'The Soul Communicaters 'Those Lonely Nights' a white group lead by Chuck Corby?
  2. Not 100% blue-eyed but thought I'd share this great photo of the Chuamonts!!!
  3. Yes, and one on Le Cam.....
  4. If you're talking about this one chalky, it does explain in the comments that they are using a photo of the British group. I would say, if they are referring to the picture below, with the high trousers and white socks it actually looks like a group of circa 1979/80 Mod revivalists.
  5. So, any of these? Cobblestone? Ben Zine? Paula Durante? The Jades (I'm Where It's At)? Dawn (Love Is A Magic Word) or the other Dawn (I Believe They're All Talking About Me)? William Bonny?
  6. The Poets!!! No way?? Are you getting mixed up with the British 'Poets' who were from Scotland?
  7. Little Richie - Just Another Heartache?
  8. Hmmm, no pics anywhere!
  9. Thanks Zanetti. That's one. Anymore?
  10. Just putting together a 'Blue-eyed Soul' compilation CD and was wondering whether I could include these Northern classics? I'm guessing they are white artists? Ronnie & Robyn Cobblestone? Ben Zine? Paula Durante? The Jades (I'm Where It's At)? Wombat? Living Color / Mystery ? Men (Thank The Lord For Love)? Dawn (Love Is A Magic Word) or the other Dawn (I Believe They're All Talking About Me)? William Bonny?
  11. I got an EX copy...£30
  12. Think the Owen Gray might actually be titled 'Daddy's Home'??? (BB-290)
  13. That's exactly what I sold a demo for on here a few months back.
  14. BTW. There's actually plenty of 'Soul' on Trojan labels, including this gem...
  15. Orange & white Trojan definitely the first 'mix' as you say, Miami later mix. Not sure about the blue one ...
  16. 'Strangeloves' doing the business I hear. Nice 'Embers'.
  17. Hi, not sure if you collect Gospel 45s but I have a Prodigal Sons on Richburg in the sales section.
  18. Rare Gospel. VG++ £15 (post free in UK)
  19. It's a Garage stomper, I'm surprised it wasn't played at Wigan (or was it?). Personally I love it.
  20. Is it on 45 Pete? I can't find it on 45cat.
  21. Just remembered while looking at these photo's, P.J. Proby did a version on his 1967 LP 'Enigma'.
  22. Well according to https://www.45cat.com/record/nc300318us the boot has no record number or writing credits.
