  2. Thanks for the heads up on this one Godz, just nabbed myself a copy!
  3. Doh! I just realised
  4. They are blue-eyed. The group on the pictured LP are from Schofield and on 'Starfire' records. These are the Georgia group mentioned earlier.
  5. 'Finders Keepers, Losers Weepers'? Sounds Detroit????
  6. Car boot find 25p. No great shakes but Northern and the other side is a good Mod type beat track...
  7. I think the instrumental is by the M.S.R Band and on an M.S.R label LP, possibly one of the 2 I posted.
  8. These are all the ones I know with the same backing: Like The Lord Said Gloria I'm A Man If You Don't Like It Don't Knock it Don't You Tempt Me (BTW Manfromsoul I just ordered Spi-Dells and Casinos from you ...oh I love a bit of blue-eyed! You got any Rodd Keith?).
  9. Royal Jesters - 'Lady Sunshine' (Optimum) fairly similar to Main Change - Sunshine is Her Way.
  10. Do you mean 'My Baby'?
  11. Yes I agree Mike, as tomangoes said, it's run it's course. Been good though
  12. Nice one, I got it on US 'Date'. This one is also good by him...
  13. Best LP of hers is this one, got all the Hickory Northern tunes on....
  14. I knew he was a Latino, all the artists on 'Optimum' are (Royal Jesters are one group), also most on the 'Linda' label too. ...and this one that reminds me so much of Main Change - 'Sunshine Is Her Way'...
  15. She's also 'Gail Kelly'.
  16. 2 great Northern dancers from Jackie DeShannon's LP....
  17. That is an updated version. Here's the original 60's cut...
  18. A Northern stomper by a NFL footballer who was dating someone who also had a Northern stomper, Joey Heatherton! (B side is a version of Kenny Chandler's 'Beyond Love').
  19. Fred Hess for me Des.
  20. Thanks for that! Charlotte also recorded on Rodd Keith's Preview label under the moniker 'Bonnie Graham' and had a couple of Northern tunes on that label.
  21. Stella Starr was born in Johannesburg, you can actually hear her African tinged English on the flip of 'Bring Him Back' with the J.J Barnes Ric-Tic track 'Say It'.
  22. Great one from them Mark...
  23. Pete, I know I'm 10 years out of date but is that track on any of these?
