Soul Joe Clements came from 'Frodsham' Cheshire, The groups original name was the S.O.S band (Sounds of Style) it was only changed to 'Soul Joe Clements' for this record, unfortunatley the band broke up sometime later due to half the band wanting to turn pro the other half wanted to stay at college. This is indeed a rare record as it is the only one that they made. My brother was rhythm guitarist with them. I have pictures of this group and a news paper cutting about making the record The lead singer in the band was my brother Phil Evans but Kenny King also sang, unfortunatley Kenny died several years ago, I will check with Phil to see who sang on this track, he lives in brussels now and is away for christmas and can't contact him. I will post these in five days time when my full membership is accepted.
