That's the version Richard played, and I was under the impression it was Nate Adams. The CD with Herman H is a different version.

That would be interesting, wonder if the tapes still exist.

Think it's just the four, or at least four that we know of. Who knows what is lurking on a studio shelf.

The version Richard used to play is also my favoutite. although isn't it by Nate Adams ?. I think it was Rod Dearlove who put out a CD with HH on it, and that is a very different version.

The first cliip by Evergreen Blues in stereo and feels like it has little to no percussion, even though it is there. My own copy was exactly like this (UK Mercury). The next clip is Mono (US Promo was Mono), which gives it a better feel.

Even though it's the least likely to turn up, it's always been fairly inexpensive compared to the Linda release. £200-300 last time I looked. Probably because it is a later release, and the original Linda is the one everyone wants.

When the "Fabulous Zing" LP was released, the version of Scrub Board was without the break that we knew from the single from a few years before, which obviously had the break. So you're not going Senile. The full length album version of the vocal was released in Europe, backed with the album version of the Inst (ie. without the break) I can't remember which country issued it, but it was black Buddah. Must have been at the same time as the Album.

Yes, maybe they've had to clamp down beacause of that. I only found out today whilst checking a couple of parcels I sent out yesterday. Both were "Delivery Attempted" one SD, one Signed For, both in different parts of the country, so I think it's going to be the new *old" normal.

Just a general tip off for anyone mailing within the UK. It seems that Royal Mail are now back to the old system of only deliveing "Signed For" and "Special Delivery" items if you're in. rather than the Postie signing themselves and delivering regardless. Obviously, as before, you may get parcels self signed if you're out, as we always did, depending on your Postie etc. Nothing to worry about, just thought I'd mention it incase you may not be aware of the change.
