  1. This festival gets a mention in Stuart Cosgrove's book Harlem '69. Highly recommended.
  2. Hi mate. If we can help each other out by sharing knowledge or educated guesswork, that's a good thing.
  3. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely a worthwhile read. I'm a bit of a Beatles anorak so suspect his work for Veejay was in 64, on their first US Tour. By 65, Capitol had exercised their option on the Beatles releases. Veejay went bust in 66. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vee-Jay_Records
  4. An interesting and attractive package. J.W. is one of the greats. For me, too pricey for me for 10 tracks, which have been released before in other formats.
  5. A heart warming human interest story. It shows what it feels like when you first discover the music. Good luck to Anthony and credit to those who support and encourage him. The best of humanity.
  6. It's really good for the scene to have this material re-released but I won't be buying at £12 plus £3 p and p, at this time. No offence intended to anyone. Just my view. Stay safe and well.
  7. Hi Mike. Your reply came through but there was no name attached to it; that's why I asked. We'll have to agree to disagree on the pricing structure. The fact that Gary Cape has a proven track record, which I respect, doesn't make the product more affordable.
  8. I've no idea who this response is from as its unattributed.
  9. Looks like a really interesting release but £15 for a single is steep, particularly at this time when money is short. How can this be justified? Where is the added value in your offer, compared to your competitors who price lower?
