  1. I've bought and sold Enchantments for less than £200.00, some in near mint condition, £300 does sound a lot.
  2. Yes an old early Mecca/Torch choon, re-issued on the back of that.
  3. Talking of which I had a devil of a job trying to shift Major Lance - you don't want me no more. Thing is it's probably rarer on Canadian Epic than US Okeh !
  4. It certainly is, looks far more friendly than the US Oliver. Generally though Canadian labels tend to be more bland than their US counterparts, I'm thinking of Quality, TM & Reo. Must be the cold winters. Anyway looks like he has a bid.

I haven't sold or bought with JM for some years now but I have to say I always found him to be a very honest person, if he said "that is it" then it was. I suspect that a fair amount of his customers are people who value that and probably wouldn't part with large amounts of money via Ebay. Good luck to him.

Makes sense Pete, I've seen run of the mill stuff that has been mint go for much more than I would have expected. I know a DJ over here that only buys mint records even if they play well without any noise, only mint.

It will be interesting to see what the next sells for on Ebay. I guess this influence of this auction could well push it over the £500 mark.
  8. Not so unusual to find Canadian copies of US goodies.

  11. Hi Brav I had heard about this and it well may come to that. I did locate a guy in Ohio who has tons of TRs languishing on his ground and he has promised to go look for one, we'll see. Thing is a part of that banjo connector/bolt goes to the brake servo, so we'll need to see how that can be done.
