  6. I was selling one on Ebay with the right ARCHER stamp but the buyer didn't complete the purchase because he said the label didn't look right !
  7. Condition not so important just needs to play OK. Or alternatively/as well that Monarch styrene pressing of Duke Browner (not the vinyl one) would be OK. I thank you..................
  8. I know Pete it's a real nightmare I picked this one out of a mom & pop junk shop in a small town in Pennsylvania. See the black felt tip X, I wonder why anybody would do that for a boot or where'd they get one from ?. The vinyl reminds me of those Capitol boots, which we know are just that. Bizarre......................................
  9. Dave Moore's ya man, he's the Del-larks guru. He's on SS. Good luck
  10. The Spellbinders - The Magic Of. A cracker with stuff from Kapralik, Van McCoy, etc. Top notch.

  13. Pete All these couriers (integrators) use a signed for system, that way you can not only see yourself when it was delivered but who signed for it.
  14. These are pretty good to. https://www.interlinkdirect.co.uk/european-parcel-delivery.jsp
  15. There's a company called DPD https://www.dpd.com/ or https://www.interlinkdirect.co.uk/online_sales/initialise.action They're low cost, you can track & trace on the internet too.
  16. Nice choon. That story I got told came from one of Tony Jebbs Blackpool co-DJs.
  17. Of course Ebay don't generally set the charges for postage (I know they do in some cases, DVDs) you really count on the common sense and honesty of the seller. I have had some sellers re-imburse shipping costs without being prompted and generally it works out OK, got a good one this morning. I want to buy a non record item where the shipping charge is £1.99 for 1, I asked what the combined cost would be for 2, reply came back £4.97.
  18. True Pete, seen a VG+ at $20.00 but when you add postage.............................
  19. I want to buy the the album of the same name. I have found a mint stereo, the guy wants £35.00 for, does that sound about right ?
  20. WOW !! So it's not just a rumour then ? The UK TMG 877 got released in the UK in October 1973 so the Dutch version pre-dates that. Well done and thanks everybody..................
  21. I guess with vast volume of transactions that take place we should count ourselves lucky that the majority does go well. I have recently won a record for £109.00 that the previous seller of same item had a reserve of £300 on it (and it sold)
  22. Old Torch/Mecca choon.................
  23. A long, long time ago in field far away (Blackpool ;-) I got told that "Tell me it is just a rumour" was released as a single - can't remember if it was Israel or India. Yes I know it got released in the 70s by TMG but this release was mid-sixties. Fact or legend ? When you check out Israeli and/or Indian TM releases there are a few off the wall singles, so why not this 100 mph scorcher ?
