Gladys Knight & The Pips – Too Late (For You & Me) b/w The Supremes – Love Is Like An Itching In My Heart (Alt. Take) – Blank Label typed in credits M- £75.00 original title is actually It’s Too Late penned by Berry Gordy Jnr & Wm (Smokey) Robinson, recorded 05-1966. Picked this up in the states in 1990 & a few months later copies of this and other unissued titles appeared in the UK with mostly blank labels & some had handwritten credits with artist title only, needless to say these sold quickly & are sought after & haven’t been included in subsequent Motown box sets with unissued titles 2. The Velvelettes – Think Of The Times b/w The Supremes – Stormy – Acetate (not a carver) Ex+ £75.00 another that I’ve Had for a long time, it’s on a metal based acetate not an original studio acetate but great sound quality with credits penned on a Jobete Music blank label. This was penned by Norman Whitfield & Johnny Bristol but no recording date. I have met original / surviving members of the group twice and they could remember the song and confirmed it was them but again not sure on the release date, flip which is ultimately Diana Ross skips on play so not perfect
