  1. Here's the silver label copy I sold on here many moons ago.
  2. Hello. My name is David and I prefer the Tammy St.John version. Thank you.
  3. I once had the pleasure of listening to some tapes of Jamie/Guyden recordings...lots of alternate takes/mixes etc. There was also one uptempo Motown-ish instrumental that I could never pin point down...maybe unissued was the comment. Then, many years later I found myself in a little shop in deepest Tokyo and I played an oddball Jamie label 45 from an artist I'd never come across...and lo and behold it was the very same instrumental! I'll try and load a soundfile later this week, time permitting...feel free to guess what it may be...very obscure!!
  4. Thanks for info, chaps (Copy for sale at a very reasonable £75 )
  5. Ston-Roc Records A division of TAC Theatrical Enterprises. Suite 608, 1346 Broadway Detroit, Michigan. 'The Motor City 45 RPM Sound!' Any photos of Ronny Shannon?
  6. Here's one that I'm surprised hasn't received more scene spins given the Funky edge feel to it, well in vogue nowadays! Plus it has a heavy bassline and wailing harmonica...gritty...love it! Looking at the credits MAC and Ed Thomas leads me to think that this could possibly be Dorothy Moore (aka Cambridge)?
  7. Shame the 1st press of Ann D'Andrea doesn't feature the instrumental only found on the reissue. That backing track rocks!
  8. I see Manship is auctioning a copy of his 'Just The Other Day' at the moment...quite tough on a stock copy, as are a few of the Abet releases. 13. I included 'Hercules' on a LP/CD compilation I did back in '92 called, 'Grits & Grooves'...a mixture of Cross-over and 'Rare-Groove' (remember that phrase!?).
