    books at £700 in johns guide, but he auctioned a copy last month and it only went for about £450 which in 2007 is a steal dave

    dont think double grooving was done in 1972. late 70s maybe. I know Ms pop muzik was done as a limited edition in this format and ive got luther`s never too much as a double groove 10inch single but it annoys me as you got a 50% of playing the wrong track dave

    the 1st issue on partytime is quite hard now. rated at £100 altho coz its on all the other labels i cant see anyone wanting to pay that for it. its certainly rarer than the four perfections and ive never seen a partytime white or yellow demo of the showstoppers , only demos of the four perfections. they were the same group wer`nt they dave

    don gardners "is this really love" has the same two label designs doesnt it. with two different catalogue numbers.As well as being on sedgerick. And that track, the bobby mclure tune and don`s cheatin kind are all on 3001. strange eh dave

    muriel was irelands euro entry in 1969 with "wages of love". it came 7th and was issued in the uk on CBS. CBS never kept the option on her so she signed to larry page`s PAGE ONE label. they issued "optimistic fool" page one POF 151 in july 1969. the b side is nine times out of ten.......................there thats me up to be shot at dave

    going back to the LP baby i got it is on a valise 45 but i dont know if its a differant take from the 45 also listen to side 2 track 2 nobody loves like you baby absolutly blinding record every bit as good as the two 45's best Dave

    johnny dunn books at £150 and is certainly worth that on rarity and quality but watch out for the boots on vinyl with a photocopy label. orig should be on styrene with a stick on label with a bell sound stamp. orig gold dave mitchell would be around £70 and £300 on the p.s label dave pinches

    sellotape type marks come off with white spirit. then wash it with water and fairy liquid. water based marks come off with ........................ water dave

    Wasnt jimmy ruffin lead vocal with the four hollidays on markie on the 2 45s fron 1964. the golden world set up featured edwin starr on i`ll love you forever in 1966 and on groove city it was j.j barnes and steve mancha. Dont think the markie 45s are connected with the others except for the fact the`re detroit items dave

    this is the original doo wop version from 1957. made number 88 on the pop charts in september of that year so it seems to have sold quite well. Wouldnt have thought it it be more than a tenner but yer never know dave

    when they reissued it in 1999 really they should have only been £20 as there were enuff copies to go around but maybe £50 dosent seem too dear by todays standards. last i heard about the original acetate. Nige mayfield had it. Dont know if he still has it tho dave

    i suppose u all prefer edwin starr singin i have faith as opposed to doni u got to own debbie curtis. sounds great in the house and it sounded great at wilton as well. my mate bob beasley wud swop me today. juan is a bit better sound quality but well vocally............... u lot must like listening to fucking abba dave
