  1. £300 and no difference between demo and issue IMVHO DAVE
  2. it was issued as an `A` side and made no92 on usa pop charts in april 1964. the flip is look over your shoulder. then it was issued as `B` side of since i dont have you and made no 47 pop in december 1964. all original issues are the scans above black & white labels with red text atho some look a little different coz they were made at different pressing plants dave
  3. probably £75+ maybe 3 figures. but if you let jonny manship auction it if its clean the sky could well be the limit dave
  4. 2nd one is jimmy beaumont on drive. ist one not strutt on brunswick is it? dave
  5. main string is green. im sure some of the others are too. i dont think anyone knows 100% for certain tho on this one which is first but soul bowl did have the yellow one in quantity in the early days dave
  6. the original on bronco was cheap until recently now its £50+. it sold well tho as did its 1st issue uk counterpart and this is £40+. the president reissue with vertical text is pretty common tho and should only be a tenner in my opinion but you see this at all sorts of prices but i just think that folks arnt armed with the knowledge. orig usa and uk promo are nice and rare tho dave
  7. president started issuing 45s from july 1966 the johnny wyatt from oct 66 on 109 ties in perfectly. things like johnny wyatt. the casinos`, jimmy robins were contemporary releases as was all early president releases. it was only from around 130 at the tail end of 67 that reissues or things that were a couple of years old started to appear. as mick holdsworth says the copy he posts above is the original with horizontal text on the artist. all president releases from 66/67/68 look like this. there is no variation. from 1969 onwards they started wth smaller text and vertical text for the artist right thru the 70s dave
  8. the george jackson `i dont have the time` can be as little as £150 tho. depends who`s selling i suppose dave
  9. this is probably no good to u but this was a £500 record but of late its been as little as £75 dave

  11. a couple or 3 demos on popsike show it to be £150 to £200 in the last year or so but i think the one JM had went for double that recently. certainly £150+ in my book dave
  12. someone paid £2,500 too much IMVHO wish i had more money than sense tho dave
  13. yeh had a great time. only fetched 40 odd 45`s back tho. my miar davies is a demo as well ................................................................................................thought everyone knew who made lady wilpower dave
  14. dont think the 12 is particularly pricey. the 7in is much more indemand. the 12 sells for £25+ on ebay but a dealer may have it 3 times that price dave
  15. i personally dont think its that old. sounds like a 1968 to 71 type of record to me dave
  16. ive had 3 spare issues in the last 2 to 3 years and sold em for £15 each. no wonder they got snapped up quickly. i had no idea of value tho. altho john manship auctioned an unreleased version about 3 years ago and it went for £497. donna loren did a version on usa capitol and thats a £25 record so..................... dave
  17. just started playing this again. good uk northern production in my opinion. dave
  18. hope u get one mate. wouldnt have thought you`d have to pay £100 for it. love the flip let the show begin. that had a few plays early 90`s dave
  19. lenny curtis always sells for more on end even tho its not a rare 45 at all dave
  20. dont know that one...................................... it only happens when i look at you ???????????????????????? dave
  21. thats pretty much it now swifty. i`ll list stuff at £2.50 minimum from now on to cover post and listing fees. thatll be for scraps and the stuff you`ll drag round forever mind. but you could relist the 99p stuff forever, free and eventually it would sell. now its not worth listing em more than a couple of times. and i will use the usa site for better stuff dont think they`ve changed policy yet dave
  22. did mick smith have the ben e king uk test pressing..................he used to have it dave
  23. i clicked on the link and its telling me that i ve already completed this survey.... i bloody have not and i want to vent my anger at them. they think we are all fucking charities dave
  24. 400 maybe is a little steep. brill mid tempo soul 45 tho dave
