  1. just found another variation so thats 4 up to now... what order of issue whats real ..whats not ....does anybody actually know the truth https://www.popsike.com/php/quicksearch.php?searchtext=a+j+brown&x=20&y=10 dave
  2. pete is right as far as sending money from the uk is concerned .there are no fees when paying from paypal balance or a bank account when linked... if you use a credit card you can still use gift option but you still get charged a fee. if you are in the usa it may be different. boba or someone in the usa are better equipped to advise you it is still called gift in the uk dave
  3. i know this has been done before in bits and bobs but how many times has this been issued/reissued.the original is supposed to be very rare but the copy thats supposed to be original..well theres quite a few on popsike..and some cheap as well you know the one with two lots of text at the bottom and large logo.the re issue is on plummy`s website with small logo, one lot of text at the bottom........both of these say maestro music.. but what about this third copy on the maestro label with jamaican address........like the one in this you tube clip......discuss dave
  4. theres three different labels designs...the one that girth states as original.theres more of them on popsike than anything else and cheap too...also the re issue on plummy`s site with all rights reserved on one line with larger logo......but.where does this copy in the you tube clip stem from dave
  5. the stamp and vinyl would have to be scrutinised as well....it should be as per the original issue dave

  8. i would have said maybe 1971/72 and not 74..i cant believe i once bought this from pat brady around 20 years ago for £20 blind coz it was a `classic`... never really did it for me.might have kept hold of it but never realised it would be that rare
  9. booted as an issue be careful
  10. just what i was thinkin bob...i think its nearer 1973....used to be cheap......dont turn up much today tho
  11. i still say that jackie day got to be the commonist record to continually sell for a grand

  21. yes that first you tube clip is really laborious and clocks in at 4 and a half minutes but it shows a copy of the 45 which is 3 and a half minutes dave
  22. no thats the 45..............the lp is also credited just to bataan dave
  23. is it louder punchier in the way because its a 45 and the fidelity is always louder than an lp or is it a remix of some sort... dosent say its been remixed on the 45..i wont be able to check til the weekend as i`m of to london today ps.. there is a copy on gemm but its a ridiculous price dave
