  2. i think we`d all buy the top flight rarities if we were minted. as it is you just have to be the best that you can be and be happy and satisfied with it
  3. with the help of superglue and some sticky tape on the flip it might dave
  4. it certainly did joan. john may have been a little dissapointed with the end auction result. if there was a 3rd party involved if it were me i would be pissed. i rate it at £1200 and i think its been held back by these gold represses just my opinion of course which dont mean shit dave
  5. yes fozzybomb..thats the seller.. it says his name at the bottom of the page in the ebay link.....the only consolation for him if there is one is that he will probably have owned the demo from new
  6. it does beggar belief why loads of unreleased stuff never even made it onto LP`s rather than some of the poor cover versions
  7. nearly $1000 dollars and it looks danced on....copies have gone for over £2000 on ebay. it seems to always fetch more for a clean copy on ebay than when JM auctions it which he has twice as i remember
  8. yes and when they were done they were selling for over £100
  9. is this the guy that has that shop in blackpool dave
  10. i agree its not an auction item azza..worth 150 notes tho
  11. same here joe ..the orange styrene copy isnt rare but the red label vinyl copy is much tougher
  12. i wouldnt play it personally..its up to others if they want to. i dont have a problem with that
  13. only about 10 copies of the green 60`s orig on popsike bob....its probably been on a few more times tho and not showing on popike. theres lots of copies of their other 45 on the label and the gold reissue mind but not many originals in the grand scheme of things
  14. the gold one were done about 12 years ago obviously for the northern soul market.. they are not real as in `they were made in the 60`s`
  15. thats my copy in the you tube clip and also the one from popsike. in all honesty its the only stock ive seen in say 15 years and seen maybe a handful of demos.. i know its not worth a kings ransome but rarity wise unless anyboby knows different. the flip previously came out on the oterside of help wanted ( arctic 111)
  16. is this quite rare on original issue in comparison with other the volcanos arctic 45`s.. it seems to be their last on the label and when i see it for sale its the styrene black text 70`s reissue/boots whats your opinions folks dave
  17. is the volcano`s a moulded label with blue text dave
  18. i remember that andy..the gambrells 45 was jive talk..i had a copy of every title from you at the time....happy days dave
  19. might come off with nail varnish remover,,dont get it on the vinyl tho
  20. all the karate copies of tony hestor ive seen have the stamp in the runout...never seen a boot..perhap he got confused with mikki farrow.. incidentally i seen more tony hestors on giant in the last six months than i seen in me life..at least half a dozen gone thru ebay in varying conditions
  21. i did the same ......but then gave the record away to what i thought was a more deserving cause fool that i am
  22. if its on the world wide web its easy enough to do
  23. kim...sell them yourself on here or facebook to get your best price ......but give it 12 months first then see how you feel then..everything will sell for its correct price,,as nev said yes theres packin and post office trips but it always was a labour of love
