i was watching that and thought about having a go at it when it was $150 comin into the last 10 mins..decided against it when i listen to the soundclip again
also jj jackson gets a mention in this thread. the polydor uk copy wasnt withdrawn, it was a hit in 66 in the states and then again in 69 thats when the uk warner bros copy stems from
thats my copy in the you tube clip and its the correct speed..i havent got a speed pitch control on any of my decks ... could never see the point of pitching anyway records are what they are and should be left alone imvho

i know no ones asked for opinions but i agree with ted..i like let me go but prefer the patti charles vocal..joans is something like running your fingers down a blackboard on the hot release. always remember hearing pete lowrie play it and got a tape from him..two ropey tracks on it joan and that awful lynn terry on lasalle
