It tells you on the record. The first 2 digits on the catalogue number is actually the year it was pressed... It wouldn't surprise me if the 2nd digits are the month it was issued also

oh yes definately been done on purpose...its only when a record comes broken that guys moan about the packaging.. if someones gonna damage intentionally even moerers bomb proof type packaging wont save it from that

jason started letting the soul pot copies out around 6 years ago..before then it was selling for £1000.. the last 12 months or so have seen a few eastern copies appear tho....he`s been listing one of each per month over the last 12 months... ..i dont think he`s got either on his latest auctions.. maybe he`s done with them...seems to be listing a lil major williams every month now tho

i had chance of one at a nighter recently at £75..listened to it again.... and thought its not that great..so put it back in the box,,,,,there was another copy at the same nighter for nearly double.perhaps i shoulda bought it just to move on

i think some of the newbies have 10 years experience behind them now ,so maybe there not quite newbies.....but if you got plenty o money you can wrack up a high score very quickly..but honestly tho..if anybody who wanted a copy of wade flemons i thought they would have had one by now..his other ramsel 45 is way better and much rarer..but its not a floor filler

yes you`re right chalks...just goin on what my mate told me.....he`d got the price wrong too..told me $30 there does seem to be a lot surfacing on either 70`s label at the moment...nice record tho only got the venture 45 which i prefer meself
