The Jamaican one turns up more than the USA copy so I rate USA a little more.. Anglo American have USA copy up for auction.. Be interestin to see what that goes for... We have a scan of both USA and Jamaican together. But am away from home so can't post up til I get home
dont think i like your attitude.. there are mistakes in the guides for sure and not everyone knows everything.. but as far as it goes someone on here will know something about virtually every 45 on the scene... as far as this 45 goes what is real and what is fake is known...there is one run of calvin grayson on `in` ... the 1st issue of eddie foster is like that..... 2 runs of eddie foster.. but i havent noticed the 2nd one all i know is that the titles are in the deadwax on the 1st one that for me is enough info i need to know.. but i would know the 2nd one if i had it in my hands
probably wont even get the demo that dont have goodbye song on for $60.. if you think goobye song is only worth that your miles out with your valuation....wouldnt sell mine for $160
so do i but at 3k too many copies have surfaced in the last 18 months to warrant that price...but its the height of fashion and to some its the be all and end all
2 different issues orig from 1969 on the `47` series ...then a reissue from 1972 on rca 1035...probably done after plays at the torch or summat..ist issue £100 2nd 30/40
but from a selling point of view... if a record has any mention of vg...buyers seem to want severe discount irrelevent of whether the price is right in the 1st place... and it puts some buyers off... thats why i use ex or +++.... to show its a clean copy despite having being played...if its mint its supposed to be unplayed and you have to play them once to make sure there ok
labels scans are always useful too
andy certainly had a few unplayed copies when i was at his house sometime...a handful, maybe a couple more ..... i took one.. i think the others wasted no time in shifting so the find almost went un noticed
