I disagree.
Think it would have made the grade anytime in last 45 years.
Reminds me somewhat of that Earnestine Eady on Phil L A except this cut has more of a tune/melody and nice female and male backing vocals.
Yes I have noticed his feedback on eBay and have been put off a couple of album purchases.
I did get that mintish Barbara Mills on UK Hickory off him for $100 around 4 months back so I guess odd bargain or decent price does turn up.
Yes of course.
Done my research and I have £7.3s. 6d available so won't be bidding.
I was just struck that an "unknown Northern" on eBay is actually good for a change. Usually abysmal.
Judging from the number of VG and VG- 45s I've noticed going through US eBay for not inconsiderable amounts recently, the guy should soon be inundated with work and will be opening a chain of outlets if it carries on.
I'm actually listening to it for first time now.
I think it's OK so far though I have just got to R. Dean Taylor which is poor and a waste of a backing track.
No.
If someone buys something off me I feel it's my responsibility to make sure it gets to the PO and that I get a receipt showing recorded delivery # when I hand the package over.
Depends on condition but a minter £200?
Everything I buy off USA eBay I consider a bargain in that much cheaper than I'd pay here.
Maybe 3 months ago I was looking through eBay Buy-it-now and came across Barbara Mills on UK Hickory. $100. Mint. Sold it to a mate for £350. Craig Moerer's list !
How's your shop doing, Chris ?
Last time I was in NC in 2008 I went to a do in Greensboro. DJ playing off a laptop.
Vinyl sales affected ? Beach still popular ?
We did one or two trades back in the 80's/90's mainly.
Can I just say life is too short !
I've got those two "When I'm gone" cuts.
I can't tell any difference. Maybe someone could enlighten me ?
And I know vague but the "recording" that I see as said to be the rarer seems to be the most common ! Kinda checked it out once but then lost the will to live.
I collect US Motown supposedly.
