  1. Good question, this vocal is from 1968
  2. The cheap one
  3. I am new to this site and was doing some searching around and Duke and Leonard are in fact Jimmie Duke and Leonard Smith "You've Lost Your Soul" I wonder if Jimmie Duke is an alias of Duke Mckenzie Denmara Enterprises Inc. February 9th 1968
  4. Correct and "problem solved" Brad was being naughty (or someone was) Julmar Recording Inc (John Bennings) started in October 1968 (subsidiary was Fun City)
  5. How very interesting Another thread on it here
  6. Great stuff Can you just clarify the first recording details ABC 45-11026 as the implication is that Rita and/or Lynn were not vocalists which has confused my small brain
  7. Sorry Chalky....... so the "gold" ones only came about in the late 1990's (I bought one off Ebay when there were loads of them) and there wasn't one in the 1970's as suggested.....is that correct ? I have looked at other threads and it's very confusing and the implication was that there were 2 gold ones
  8. It's up to you, but she deserves to be recognised for her work IMHO. After all Richard has been recognised for his, hasn't he ?
  9. Thought would take this opportunity to post Brad's story here, hope you don't mind https://www.jango.com/music/Brad+Lundy/_full_bio
  10. It's amazing how many artists still have no profiles, but I guess as they were sometimes ignored in the USA and generally played in the UK so that we are the ones who mainly bother to find out or at least ask the questions (rather than just how much is the plastic worth !!!) I did that with Carol Anderson to name one of a few
  11. I think about £100
  12. This is weird, as I was looking over the weekend at the "lack" of info (same minds eh) The only thing I could find was "white female who was born in the Philly suburbs in the late 40s". At one stage I thought she could be Lorraine Le Fevre of Jan & Lorraine who recorded on ABC, but according to those sources they hailed from Detroit so another dead end I would love to know
  13. The DJ copy was here which is the thread, I think, mentioned earlier
  14. https://www.45cat.com/artist/george-hammonds-and-the-starvells Soundclip available Robb, I don't own one
  15. Not that I have ever seen https://www.discogs.com/label/724670-Me-O-Records
  16. This Perfections were certainly different Robb as they are all ladies/girls here is the A side 11th May 1965 All 3 release I know of on Pam-O have John Woodson (Johnny Woodson of The Crescendos ?) all over them, so maybe Romeo and he were connected in some way
  17. I apologise as this thread is old but has anyone any idea about the artists, as I think the pricing issue has been well covered
  18. I am sorry, but I am new to this site and thought would review this thread and it's potential results I did find out that the first (I think) release on the Me-O label was this one 15th November 1965 Rocarmeo Music 624 West 41st Drive, Los Angeles I did wonder if there was a connection with Pam-O records
  19. Was it this one https://fineartamerica.com/featured/staxtacular-night-stephen-stookey.html?product=coffee-mug
