Soul Night at The Red Rose Ulverston With Special Guest Djs from Manchester's Home Run Soul Club Born out of Manchester’s legendary Beat Boutique, Home Run Soul Club has quickly become one of the country's best soul nights. Based in the stunning basement venue of the Grade II listed Kimpton Clock Tower Hotel (formally the Palace Hotel) next to Oxford Rd train station, it has hosted some of the best know collectors on the soul scene alongside it’s five outstanding residents, Liam Quinn, Jonny Mangas, Andy Evans, Michael Taylor and Gary Bratchford. We have the pleasure of hosting 3 of them residents at the Red Rose in April, Barrow born Jonny Mangas, Manchester’s own Andy Evans and Ireland’s Liam Quinn who’ll be traveling down from his home in Dundee for the occasion. Alongside the travelling guests with be regulars on the South Lakes soul scene Tony Perry, Rob Reilly and Rob McKeever Expect original across-the-board soul, 60’s & 70’s, classic and rare. £5.00 on the door. Coach options are being explored for pick ups and drop offs in Dalton and Barrow, news to follow.
