  1. I reckon Rod is gonna be really cross when he comes back and we've not reached a consensus. So, what if I throw in "Footsee"? All in favour say aye!
  2. No Godz, Neil (TSU) doesn't have Babs. Zero it is then!
  3. Okey Dokey Rods in charge. Fuller Bros GOT M. Gaye Little darlin' GOT Archie Bell Here I go GOT Billy Butler "Right Track" GOT Lou Johnson "Unsatisfied" GOT Jack Montgomery "Dear Beloved" GOT Alexander Patton "A Lil Lovin Sometimes" GOT Hoagy Lands "Next in Line" GOT Sean
  4. Shouldn't that Frankie Beverley have a centre in it... or is that a dinked copy? Remember seeing a copy about 30 years ago, could swear it had a middle. Sean

  6. Just thought I'd mention, I've got everything mentioned thus far, except: Dick a dum dum - Des O Grandad - Clive O Mr Custer - Carlie Drake Troy Dodds Clara Hardy Jackie Day Am now taking bookings for Oldies Gigs! Can hardly believe you don't all own James Fountain! Sean
  7. Yes. On UK too. Twice. Original mix on Chelsea and Remix on EMI... with a blinding flipside "I've Never Found a Girl" Sean
  8. Gotcha Rod. And I don't know where we are up to either! So if its the Northern 45 that everyone owns.... howzabout "Help Me" the Spellbinders. Sean
  9. NZ never mentioned 'Northern' Rod and he opened the bidding with "Baby Love" & "My Girl". The question was 'Soul 45' not 'Northern Soul'. Take your point though that many come via 'Northern' so am certainly with you on the Artistics double sider - essential! Sean
  10. Far too many to list, or even begin to think about, but I agree totally with Charades, Holly St James, Joanie Sommers, Don Ray. All pretty awful to my delicate ear. Sean
  11. Lovely them lot, Tony. The Stateside titles look really awesome! Sean
  12. I've got everything listed thus far (except Troy Dodds). How about Marvin Gaye "I Heard it Through the Grapevine" everybody's got that, havent they?
  13. Damn... beaten to the 'Tutt' joke by Simon... yet again! Sean
  14. Sorry to hear this. Agree with all comments. A really lovely fella. RIP Sean
  15. How much is this changing hands for, these days? Sean
  16. Yes, I believe so, Ian. LP is Goodway 100 45 is Goodway 101 You'd have to go a good...way before finding a better LP and 45 combo!
  17. Unless I start watching it under my other names too!
  18. Mmmm mine says 103 on Imperial C's Nev. Only one person watching my next bid though! Me! Sean
  19. I've got three I.D's, Dylan. Works great until you bid against yourself on a high priced piece, as I did a couple of years ago. Accidentally logged in under a different name to check how an item was going and was shocked to see some anonymous bidder was in front - so I wacked a pile on it! I ended up being the winning and second bidder on the same item under two different names! Sean
  20. Curiously, "Girl Watcher" was a sizeable Pop hit in Australia, 1968. Sean
  21. Found a Kenny Shepard "What Difference Does It Make" in a charity shop in Melbourne, Australia. Sean
  22. The ones that mind don't matter... and the ones that matter don't mind, Barry. Sean
  23. Yes you did mate. Apologies accepted. It was very TIC and I reckon you'd be one of the last to keep on playing the Casino Classics series for the rest of your life! Sean
