    Firstly heart goes out to ted, scum entering your personal space is dispicable, Im not a collector so can someone enlighten me if insurance would cover the loss? I'm fully aware that would not cover the heartbreaking loss of a lifetime of collecting but would be better than nothing.

    Can't remember exactly chalky, long time ago but remember going in the nelson pub at dinner time and then going in the record shop, records on the wall behind serving counter. Had a mate from clay cross who introduced me to the strange world of northern soul.

    Happy early soulie memories of chesterfield, I attended the tech college and remember the record shop in town with records hung on the wall with prices wrote on. Talking 76/77 time.

    For what it's worth my opinion is they should have let the greedy 6 go. Their desperate attempt to ring fence their monopoly on winning stuff is anti competition and anti football. Could have replaced them with famous old clubs from the championship and had a cracking level playing field premier league. As for the present season I see man city winning it" sorry arsenal" relegation wise to tight to call with 8/9 teams possibly involved, including my boys . F a cup is obviously going to the resurgent full strength super foxes.

    Highlights for me were traveling the country to various events and meeting people who love our thing. Downside the need to restrict the records to a small selection when there's thousands.

    England had the players to win this tournament, an average France team missing 5 certain starters and Morocco in the semis. Southgate was everything I expected of him... Clueless. Desperate for a goal with grealish and madders available,no let's put a jet lagged sterling on , one of the most overrated players I've ever seen. We needed a lion leading us and had a pussy cat. End of rant come on premier League.

    Brazil had 120 minutes and more to overcome a defensive Croatia and couldn't. Flare is great but needs must and it worked for the croats and Brazil are out. I've heard pep crying enough about teams sitting back against man city instead of opening up and getting thrashed by a team that cost 20times there own . Football would be incredibly boring if the" best" team won every game. Just my take on it.
