    This will be the last weekend at Salford Quays, and after having opened the event back at the very first weekend in June, Marco will close this fantastic summer season on the docks, spinning across the board vinyl. 5pm - 9pm Music will be northern & modern soul, funk, motown, disco, ska and reggae! Open air in Media City UK, if raining will be indoors at Seven Bro7hers Media City. Food & drinks stalls available, dogs are welcome. Come, relax, dance and enjoy! Pop by and say hi!     Excellent dancefloor, quite location just off town surronded by amazing hills. Excellent rotation of quality DJs and records, playing across the board Northern, Modern, RNB and a dash of Ska. Customers, management and resident DJs are friendly, honest bar prices. Definitely a go to destination in Wales for wearing your socks off!! My set (thanks for hosting me!)

    Soul night at Murphy's Distillery and Bar, spinning an across the board vinyl selection of Northern, Modern, Crossover Soul and Motown. Our venue is talc friendly and has a wide dance floor. And it's been beautifully restored! At reasonable bar prices, we offer a selection of drinks handcrafted with love and great beers. Soulful sounds on vinyl at 360 degrees featuring Northern, Modern, Crossover, Rare, Funk, Motown, Soulful House, a splash of Reggae and Jamaican Ska and a few disco. Free entry, friendly atmosphere, intriguing dance floor, great food and drinks! New trendsetter venue in Manchester! Kick-off set at 9.30pm, come earlier to grab a sit, enjoy a drink, get into the groove and say hi! Marco is a record collector devoted to Soul in any variation. He DJ-ed at some of the most iconic Mancunian Soul Club nights, such as the original ‘60s Soul in the Cellar (Greatstone Hotel), Soulsville Whitefield (never stopped going since 1991), East Lancs (Accrington), Competition Ain’t Nothing (Prestwich), Soul in the Sun (Canary Islands), Radcliffe Boro, Radcliffe K&D, Italy, ... and in many livestreams.
