An average round at the bar costs over £30.
Imagine how much you could buy from The Beer Cave in Grimsargh which is just up the road. Less than 500 yds from the Village Hall. Then think bringing your own means no up and down waiting to be served. You have it all at your table.
No other Venue to my knowledge on a Saturday night allows you to Bring your own drinks.

So for those who love hearing a record never heard previously on single format. Discovered on American Soul Auction. Unreleased by The Spinners Sweet Music.
Will be uploaded to YouTube at The Event. So get yourself on the floor.
Great mid-trmpo with instrumental breaks. .

One for opening hour.

Attendees also contribute to records being played. Speaking with travel companion James Seed on the way back from an Endoscopy operation. We chatted about people we know some passed away. This record came up. James mentioned how it was no longer played out. So Grimsargh will revive it.

Unfortunately not able to take much in way of photos last night due to being unwell. Stuck at long as I could. Kindly assisted by George Falzon and Gamekeeper Jones who over seen closure of the Hall and safe keeping of the equipment. Kind thanks for those who are part of our Journey. We intend to be US. Inspired by those Past. Playing upto date and in their own minds.
Thank you

So before I go forward. Just let me say. We are in development Musically, we can't be any of the Greats that was. Magnificent Stafford Top Of The World. Torch in Stoke or Wigan. We have a Theme at Grimsargh Village Hall
PR2 5JS Just off Junction 31A M6 Longridge Road. At The Hall we invite DJs to express their knowledge! Play what you know and have and own by fair means. Even without the aid my ears still listen to what people say. It went a bit dark and a lady attending for first time came to inform me. We do like to keep it real as possible. You'll find no disco lights at Grimsargh. I examined light combinations, think I got it right ️ . We are a Two Room Event. No other like it on the Soul Scene. Based on Penicuik Town Hall Scotland. My good friend Tosh inspired me after numerous visits across The Border. So Grimsargh is a Combination of Great Events ran by great people. At Grimsargh we have a fantastic team. Game Keeper Jones, Dolly. They run the Dolly Room. A feature that I was inspired ️ by Jez Jones at Warrington 3 Clubs Alnighter. When I was a Guest DJ. Fitting Kathleen Oconnell is nicknamed ( Dolly ) it seemed a perfect fit. The music certainly is. As a Team help each other. In Main-Room Kevin McCaffrey ( Caff ) George Falzon ( Maltese Hit-Man ) and myself are Residents. My role simply Set-Up The equipment with help of George, Sound Checks make sure the sound is prestine. ( IT IS ). Caff and George express their knowledge and we allow DJs who guest to be who they are. We had some Fantastic music played by Geoff Buckley, Jordan Wilson Mick Smith ( Southport )Legend Big Jimmy Cowburn from the Old Lowton Civic. Its all about Soul at Grimsargh, having a giggle and a Dance chatting and checking what's being played in Various Rooms. Whist not having to Go The Bar. You bring your own Drinks. We do make cups of tea coffee or soft drinks for Car drivers.
We have Extensive Car Parking ( Free ) Though note We lock the barrier after we close the Hall. We have Beer Gardens where you can chill. Weather permitting and Disabled Facilities plus Free WiFi. ️
Fantastic Musically last night Saturday 30th March. 10/10 across the Board. Next Month Dolly Room is Hosting Mick Smith and Jimmy Cowburn and guests. It will be a Stafford Top Dog Soul Night and Old Lowton Civic Memories. Main-Room again Across The Board. Brilliant Dancefloor ( dancers commented ) not I. A venue for those who know. Those that need to. We don't have issues with the Sound. Come see, come dance.

Playing a very special record. Straight from the Master Tape.
GC Cameron alternative take of The Huge Dennis Edwards I cannot Do Without Your Love.
I await the feedback of Frank Elson on the night. I sent short soundfile to George Falzon. He likes it quite a lot.
But there's more. Those lucky enough to be in the Hall before 7.30 will be able to hear them.

You forget I know people. People who are heavily linked to this Event. I know what's occurred. Not my choice or business really. However, thankyou for asking how my health is. I have lower intestinal cancer. So am not to good. Don't really go out much because I don't have the energy. That's why I'm not out. If want to gain respect please Don't try pulling wool over blind sheep. I'm not a sheep. While I do need a visit to Specsavers for my ailing eyesight. The hearing aids have replenished loss off hearing to the Left-side.
So whispering grass and all that.
The Trees already know.
Good luck getting on at The Tower.

Brilliant effort.
Maybe reducing entrance fee wasn't such a good idea. Life is all about learning.
I actually seen it last week.
Congratulations on gaining yet another Venue.
