Played at The Main-Hall in June by a Guest DJ with an amazing Collection. We hope he will be Resident from August. Once we have our guests completed for this Month. Far to good for occasional guest spot.

So ahead of our event, some exciting news. Chic just rang me. Informed us that he intends to play some records played by the Legendary Butch during his set.  

Don't miss out. Maybe he will upload one or two of his selections. That's his call. As I informed him. We always encourage DJ'S to play their box and knowledge. I know how good Chic is. Seen him many occasions and he has been waiting patiently for his chance.

Not getting many views this Month. Not worried. Do you know many Venues where Soul Lads from Lowton Civic Era. Who stopped going because the Scene wasn't for them any more? Well Jimmy Cowburn former dancer and DJ at Old Lowton is now a Resident. Big lad helping to set-up equipment 

Store it away and Resident DJ in Dolly-Room and occasionally Main-Room. Remember you bring your own drinks. Make your own party. No need to go the Bar spend a fortune. The Beer Cave 300 yds from Venue next to Grimsargh WMC sell ice cold drinks at low prices.

I go to various. Not case of not upto standards. Was excellent in what he played. Sadly not on par with what I listened to last time at Congleton. Left me bit flat. So I went home. My perogative and right to comment. I do love rare Soul. I rarely if ever now go Oldies as you comment. Not because they are full of Divs as stated by a plastic tourist. actually not better than some I have heard at Ashton. I go regularly. I go Culceth regularly also. Not many others get my money.
