Not that colour or design but I have seen / might still have other stuff on Nem but black with silver writing / artwork. If you've not seen the design I'm on about and if nobody else posts up before the weekend, I'll do you a scan when I get home.

Rbman, If you are the guy in the middle of your avatar, we have met before, in the cellar during the chill out after one of Andy Brazil's Hard As Nails events some months ago, when we shared DJing time and some pretty good conversation I thought, and if you do remember me from that time, you'll know that I'm a nice enough guy who wouldn't wish to upset a fly. But if what I said, or the way I said it, upset you, and it appears that it did, then I sincerely apologise, for that was never my intention. It was all just tongue in cheek. Friends?

My point is this. I am trying to establish, as a keen collector of UK labeled releases, that the Trini Lopez can only be obtained on a UK labeled 7" record, on the Stateside Ep ONLY. I thought that was obvious? No?

Can anybody help with Minty copies of the following TMG numbers; 518 520 521 522 529 544 549 551 557 572 580 587 589 593 599 MUST be the original issues and not the reprints or reissues with same TMG number. This tends to be more inclined toward those from 572 onwards. Please PM me with asking price. Thanks in advance.

But it was NEVER released in the UK as a single, right? You're talking about a UK Ember Lp, correct? My contention is that the only way to get it on a 7" on a UK label is on the Stateside Ep, correct? Any takers? Any other UK label nerds out there able to confirm my claims?

Nope. He seems to have pushed up some of his prices to some rather surprising heights. Still get some nice, fairly priced 45s off him though but lately, hmmm, I'm not sure what's going on? If you're reading this Craig, my offer for the Extremes still stands. Hopefully you'll accept it?

Yeah, already knew about that one, even before Craig posted it up on eBay. That's WAAAAYYYY too much for me. I asked him to let me know when he's prepared to sell it for just over half that price but I guess he's nothing to lose by keeping it until some rich guy comes along with the dosh. Ho Hum. Guess I'll just have to keep looking for a more reasonably priced copy. Thanks for letting me know anyhow.
