  1. Not even YOU can help? My God, what's the scene come to? Apart from the above sad fact, how's things with you? I'm STILL looking for a flat in CENTRAL London, around Covent Garden and Holborn. Can anybody help with THAT, seeings how nobody can help with my other request.
  2. Can NOBODY help with this request for information??
  3. I'm after information on "Sittin' Here Crying" by Oscar Perry. In what form was it ever released? Was it released as a single and if so what's the label and flip side? Thanks in advance.
  4. Rediced? Is this copy a UK release? And is it a Demo? It DOES get played EVERY time I get the chance. Always goes down a storm. Denbo.
  5. Please PM me with condition and price. Thanks for your time. Denbo.
  6. That may be true if the box isn't full and you were transporting them from Record Fair to Record Fair, but they'd only move a little. If the box is full, they won't move about at all. I only use them for storage and stacking inside my rather small study / record room, and I've found them to be perfect for my needs. They're definitely the best thing around for storing records at the price that I've ever found.
  7. Oooooh, you're such a perfectionist Pete. I thought it was more like 7/8ths of an inch.
  8. I bought 10 of the solid silver ones that hold about 100 records just last week. They're absolutely brilliant!!! And like chalky said, easily stackable. I chose solid silverbecause they let no light in whatsoever. I was nervous that the see through ones would allow too much light through them and possibly warp the records. Probably wouldn't happen but I was taking no chances.

And that was about this time last year wasn't it Andy?
  10. Was this record ever pressed up as a bootleg?
  11. Good question. It'll never happen.
  12. With 42 being the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything
  13. Do you remember which UK Lp it was? So I can go straight to it at the weekend. Cheers matey. I'm still gonna check for it being on a UK 45 at home, time and chores allowing.
  14. I'm sure I've got a vocal of this on English? Might be on an Lp perhaps? Not sure? Off the top of my head, I would have said an English 45, but in view of the comments here, I'm not so sure now? I'll check in my collection when I get home at the weekend. It's bugging me know!!!
  15. Wonder what it is??? Somebody on here will know, I'm sure!!!
  16. Anybody got a label listing with it on?
  17. Thanks Mike, job well done. And I believe Sunday wemt well too.
  18. I was thinking more along the lines of the label design for the 'Sunday' recording of "Ain't Got No Problems", which also got released on Chess.
  19. Thanks Seb.
  20. Can't access eBay at work but would like to see one of these sleeves. Any chance of a scan Pete? No probs if you ain't got time.
  21. Which is where I heard it first. Thanks Guys. And thanks to Andy Brazil too. ;o)
  22. Criss Cross must be the local label as it also came out on Dot. Wonder if it's exactly the same version? Plus, I've also seen a slightly different label design for this Little Luther number on Criss Cross, written in cursive.
  23. Are you asking me if I want or have a copy for sale of "Young Blood"? Either way, the answer is no. Just after a copy of "Cold Blood" by the Coasters on UK London. Anybody got a copy for sale?
  24. Brill record at a bargain price!!! And before you start, I don't know the seller from Adam. Just think it's a crackin' R&B track that needs to go to a good home. I'd have it in a heartbeat, except I've already got it . . . . I mean, any serious collector of R&B should want it in his collection. Problem might be that not many people have actually heard it before. Seller: Put up a sound file.
