After last months All-Dayer success we are back to our monthly 4th Friday Slot. Andre McRobie joins us as guest dj supported by Dave Shelton, Andy Allen and Dave Pearce playing an eclectic mix of Northern Soul, R&B and Tamla Motown. The venue has one of the best dance floors in the area supported by excellent bar prices and onsite free parking

The Phoenix Northern Soul Club All-Dayer Charity Event. 12 djs throughout the day with a proper eclectic mix of music with the only play policy being " keep a busy dancefloor" Djs booked, Dave Shelton Phoenix and Hasland Soul Clubs amongst all nighters throughout the UK. Mark Notley of Hollingwood fame Ben Owen Blackpool Tower and Whitchurch all-nighter. Andre McRobie one of the norths most prolific collectors of fine Northern records with experience gained from the length and breadth of the UK Neil Page (Phoenix Soul) comes with an excellent reputation and collection to die for. Dave Poddy Pearce and Jason Briggs (Phoenix and St Helens Soul) Chris Brooke and Craig Patto Patterson (Gas Club), we are lucky to have representation by Chris and Craig promising to have the floor bouncing. The Phoenix Northern Soul Club offers a great night for the dancers, Soul from across the years with a superb mix of Club Classics, 100 MPH stompers, with a touch of Motown, rare and underplayed dancers.

The Phoenix Northern Soul Club, Friday 26th July, bringing another monthly event filled with quality Northern Soul, Tamla, R&B and Club Favorites. This is an excellent venue with one of the best dance floors in the area with an excellent well stocked bar with very reasonable prices and free on site parking. DJs playing an excellent mix across the board with the aim of keeping a busy dance floor, everyone is welcome to our monthly charity events with profits going to two local cancer charities Macmillan Nurses and Ashgate Hospice.

The Phoenix Soul Club in Collaboration with Brimming with Soul bring the open decks session to The St Helens Inn on Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. We invite Soul djs or soul music collectors to play a 30 minute set of Northern soul, Motown, R&B, something different is all we ask. If you have the vinyl but never had the opportunity to play to a room full of like minded soul lovers then please feel free to come and join us but confirm in advance if you wish to play as we will have up to 8 djs. Open Decks (Vinyl Only) afternoon giving the opportunity for those with Soul Vinyl the stage to bring along and play your favorite 12 tunes. Regardless of ability we give you the stage to play on double decks to an audience who are receptive to soul music probably not heard too often at soul nights up and down the country and beyond. No-one will be judging you but giving you confidence as you play your tunes, free entry, free parking and reasonable bar prices.
