Pete, great article and pictures. I was a central regular from early seventies, and our crowd included Dave Raby, Steve Cook, Mally (big), Melv, Sam, Oki, Eric. I was shocked to see things like Jimmy Mack being faked (as opposed to the old bootlegs, which are easy to spot). It would be good to build a data base of known fakes and what to watch for.
