    We are absolutely delighted to announce that our "guest" for the first Solid Hit of the year is none other than Detroit Legend, the fantastic Pat Lewis singing Live at her only gig in the South.

    Recording such brilliant tracks on Golden World & Solid Hit as well as singing back up on many motown sessions as well as permanent back up singer for Aretha Franklin & Isaac Hayes to name but two this will really be a night to remember. I saw her in the 80s on the Ric Tic tour & I thought she stole the show then, she's still appearing at shows to this day in the States so you can expect a singer used to performing .

    Have to say I'm bloody excited about this !

    AGMP & Jazz FM present the first ever UK performance of one of the most important soul groups of all time - The Impressions.The band will be performing all of their hits and the songs of Curtis Mayfield with backing from the Curtom Orchestra. Expect to hear all the classics, including "People get ready", "Move on up", "Can't satisfy", "We're a winner" and many more. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience one of the greatest soul groups in person.

    Speedometer have been confirmed as the support artists for this concert.

    Hmmmm - not quite true as I saw the post Mayfield Imps at a nightclub in London in the 70s........... I too wonder what the line up is :thumbsup:
