    Here is earlier boot without date stamp and it’s not see through or brown vinyl but it is quite shiny label.

    There’s also a look alike boot without the date stamp - according to JM’s book there is an original with a clear date stamp as well as one without and a boot with an unclear date stamp so to be sure it’s better to check the matrix details which are slightly different. You’re probably aware of this. PT

    It has been reissued in uk on a nice WB yellow demo with Linda Jones on flip. Loads on discogs for around £40.

    It’s a difficult one as I invariably prefer the original - Open the door to your heart, make me yours, I can’t wait until I see my baby’s face etc. however this cover exceeds the original,IMO and when that was Jr Walker followed by Marvin Gaye that’s saying something. What Does it Take by Buddy Miles.
