The Railway mechanics Club will be pulling into the station on 27th August 2022, Gaz, Bernard, Sam and Bob will be there to provide a warm welcome and some great music to dance to. The Shirt Club night on Friday 12th August will be in memory and a tribute to one of our own, Colin Entwistle sadly killed when run over by a car last week. Colin was a really popular funny guy taken from us too soon. There will be a number of DJ's playing on the night. Its free entry but there will be a donations bucket to help Colin's daughter at this very very sad time. We are a small club with a big atmosphere and we hope to blow the roof of on Friday and we hope you can be there to experience it.

The two clubs Blackburn Oldies and The Railway Club are holding a Charity all dayer in support of the Transplant Games. There will be a top DJ line up from both of the clubs and Scotland and we would love you to come along and support this worthy cause. The Boro is back on the 5th November, joining us will be Harry Grundy from Soulesville, Harry's just celebrated his 30th year running his club, I think he knows what people want And also Maria and Carl Willingham who have a record collection second to none to entertain you with top quality soul music to get you up on your feet. We start at 7.30pm til late, we have a large car park and talc friendly venue. Hope to see old friends and meet a few new ones.
